Unique and patented designed rollers made from self lubricating nylon allow for a very smooth acceleration and power delivery. Unlike standard round rollers the Dr Pulley rollers have more contact with the variator and do not suffer from 'flat spots' that round rollers do. The same nylon material is used for the sliders, allowing the variator to expand with little resistance. The variator comes with additional spacer washers allowing you to tailor when the the power is delivered at the required rpm range.

Includes dyno calibrated rollers to gain the best out of your engine. Offering improved acceleration combined with a higher top speed!
